Is SkyLumi compatible with my smartphone?
Yes, SkyLumi mini projectors are fully compatible with both Apple and Android smartphones. Simply connect and start transforming your space into a sky of your own!
Can I use streaming platforms like Netflix or Disney+?
Yes, you can use streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney+, and more on the SkyLumi Pro, Infinity, and Ultimate models. These models come with multiple built-in apps, including Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu, Google Play, and LetsView. Plus, with the integrated Android 11 system, you can easily add even more apps to enjoy your favorite content anytime, anywhere!
Please note that the SkyLumi Lite does not support these streaming platforms.
Do the SkyLumi Projectors heat fast?
All SkyLumi models are equipped with an advanced hydraulic axial fan that provides an efficient cooling solution against overheating. This allows you to use the projector for hours without worrying about it heating up quickly. Enjoy your viewing experience with peace of mind!
What are the resolutions on the SkyLumi Models?
The optical resolutions for each SkyLumi model are as follows:
- Lite: 480p (supports 1080p)
- Pro: 720p HD (supports 1080p)
- Infinity: 1080p Full HD (supports 4K)
- Ultimate: 4K ULTRA HD
All models support at least 1080p, so you can enjoy your favorite content without any limitations.
Are the SkyLumi Mini Projectors equipped with speakers?
Yes, all SkyLumi projectors are equipped with built-in speakers, so you can enjoy your content with immersive sound right out of the box.
Can I use my headphones on the SkyLumi?
Yes, you can use your headphones with any SkyLumi model, as each one includes a headphone jack for your convenience.
Can I connect my Playstation/Xbox/Nintendo Switch?
Yes, you can connect any console, including PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and even the Wii, to any SkyLumi mini projector via HDMI or AV. Enjoy your games on the big screen!
Can I connect my phone to the SkyLumi with Bluetooth?
Yes, you can connect your phone via Bluetooth with the SkyLumi Pro, Infinity, and Ultimate models, which also support Wi-Fi. The SkyLumi Lite does not have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi capabilities.
Netflix is not working on my SkyLumi, what should I do?

Netflix Connection Issues
If you're unable to connect to Netflix, it may be due to your specific Netflix plan. You might see the message: 'The connected display is not supported. (10065)'.
In this case, you may need to upgrade your Netflix subscription to a plan that supports streaming to projectors.

Other Solutions

How fast do you ship orders?
We pack and ship orders from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 12 PM EST. Orders placed by 12 PM EST are shipped out the same day, as this is when our carrier collects the parcels.
Please note that the delivery time for your order depends on your location and the shipping method you choose.
What should I do if my order appears to be lost in transit?
In the event your tracking information indicates that your order hasn't progressed or shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, you should initiate a claim with the shipping courier. Please be aware that filing claims with the carrier falls under the customer's responsibility. It's important to note that we do not provide refunds for orders that are lost during transit.
Why is there a shipping charge for orders below $65 USD?
Our goal is to offer the most competitive shipping rates for all orders. We collaborate with carriers globally to secure the latest and most accurate shipping rates that reflect the actual cost of transporting your products. The shipping rate you encounter at checkout represents what we pay to our carrier, with a modest addition to fairly remunerate our warehouse staff for their work.
We are committed to maintaining fairness and transparency in our pricing, ensuring that our customers always receive equitable treatment.
Why does my tracking information show a message like "Awaiting package from sender" and when will my order ship?
Our 'last mile tracking' system is designed to keep shipping costs low for our customers. This means that after you receive your tracking information, detailed tracking updates might not be immediately available while your package is in transit.
However, detailed tracking will become available once the package enters the final stage of delivery in your local area, allowing you to monitor its last journey to your doorstep.
Implementing this method enables us to offer free or affordable shipping while still ensuring reliable delivery. Please be assured that if you have received a tracking number, your order has indeed been dispatched.
Can you ship orders to the UK and EU, and what shipping methods are used?
Yes, we ship to both the UK and the EU! For orders valued over and under £50 in the UK and €60 in the EU, we use a range of carriers to ensure efficient delivery.
These carriers include Royal Mail, Swiship UK, InPost, UniUni, Post Express, DHL Express, and CTT Express. This diverse carrier selection allows us to provide reliable and timely shipping services to our customers in these regions.
International Shipping Notice
International customers should be aware that they are responsible for any applicable international taxes and duties associated with their order. Our role does not include contacting customs centers on behalf of customers. It is also important to note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable in case of a return. This policy is essential for international customers to understand before making a purchase to ensure clarity and avoid any unexpected costs.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your Return Policy?
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Please note that clearance items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. This policy helps us ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers.
How do I request a return?
To request a return:
1. Click on the profile icon found in the store's navigation bar at the upper-right corner on desktop and at the lower-right corner within the mobile drawer menu.
2. Sign in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Check your email for a message from our store (including the spam folder) and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
3. Choose the order you wish to return.
4. For orders with multiple items, select the items you are returning.
5. Choose a reason for the return and leave an optional note.
6. Click on 'Request return'.

What if I selected the wrong return method by mistake?
If you've chosen an incorrect return method by mistake, please contact our customer service team here as soon as possible. We will assist you in correcting the return method to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
Can I exchange an item I purchased?
Yes, you can exchange items. To do so, first initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is processed and approved, place a new order for the item you want instead. This ensures a faster exchange process and allows you to receive the new item promptly. Remember, the original item must meet our return criteria available here.
Promotions and Discounts
Why isn't my discount code applying?
Discount codes may have restrictions, such as being valid only for full-priced items. This means they might not apply to products that are already discounted, including bundles or sale items. Additionally, some discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or used at the same time as other offers.
Where do I enter the discount code?
To use your discount code, enter it during checkout. If you're on a mobile device, you may need to tap "Show order summary" on the checkout screen to reveal the field where you can input your coupon code or gift card. Alternatively, you can scroll to the bottom of the page to find this option.
Can I get a price adjustment if the item I purchased goes on sale?
We’re happy to offer a price adjustment on your recent purchase under the following conditions:
- You must request the adjustment within 24 hours of placing your order.
- The original order should not have included any discounts.
If your purchase meets these criteria, we will refund the price difference as a gift card. To request a price adjustment, please reach out to us here for assistance.
Is it possible to use multiples discount codes on a single order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply multiple discount codes to a single order. For example, if you use a 10% discount code, you won't be able to add another code, such as "free shipping," to the same order. Only one discount code can be used per order.
